We can highlight potential issues and considerations that may not be obvious from the online listing - all the sorts of things you wish you’d known …. before you purchased!

  • We can help you decipher agent speak so that you can make better sense of green flags and red flags

  • We can help you identify (and avoid) homes that are likely to sell above your budget - and identify the ones that are likely to sell within

What does it cost?

Our Consultation and Advice Service is provided on an hourly fee basis: $165 (incl GST) per hour or part thereof. Consultations are generally last one hour.
